Customers continue to report receiving calls and visits from energy marketers misrepresenting themselves as Eversource employees. These individuals may request to see a copy of a customer’s bill, offer discounted power or use other tactics such as authentic-seeming phone numbers, graphics, and wearing uniforms to earn our customers’ trust.
