Per the Governor’s Executive Order 7 – I ,all legal notices for the Conservation Commission, Planning Commission, Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, & Water Pollution Control Authority are posted on Town Websites and all other notice requirements are suspended such as posting a sign. Executive Orders require all application forms and applications supporting documents be posted on the Town Website 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The Executive Order procedures have been utilized for the Marlborough Conservation Commission’s July and August meetings, and the Marlborough Zoning Commission Meeting in July and their August 13th meeting, The Marlborough Water Pollution Control Authority’s June meeting and their upcoming August meeting. The bottom line is all Land Use Meetings have been and will continue to be legally noticed in full compliance with the Governor ‘s Executive Order 7-1.
The Executive Order expires on September 9th, unless extended.
