Due to the Town of Marlborough receiving an extension to file the October 1, 2020 Grand List, the Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA) has an extension as well.
The filing deadline for BAA applications to be submitted is Monday March 22, 2021. Applications MUST be RECEIVED in the Assessor’s Office or First Selectman’s Office by the close of business on that day which is 4:30 p.m. Hearings will be heard during the month of May 2021 and applications received will be notified of the date and time of their scheduled hearing.
